Client Satisfaction and its Determinants of Home Helper Service

Abstract
This article aims to empirically analyze the client gatisfaction and its determinants of home helper service. At first, the article examined the general level of client satisfaction on home helper service. After then, article delved into the level of client satisfaction, according to the type, frequency, attitude, and quality of home helper service, In relation to determinants. Survey questionnaires were made on the basis of four principles of welfare service delivery system, such as responsiveness, integration, adequacy, and responsibility. Finally, this article made a comparison by the category of the elderly at home, making use of several statistical techniques. The target of survey research is the elderly clients who live in Daegu Metropolitan City and North Kyoung-sang Province. Generally, the beneficiaries are inclined to be satisfying with home helper service, and the responsiveness to clients is the most influential factor on the level of service satisfaction.
